Office Support Volunteer

Jacob’s Heart is always appreciative of volunteers who are willing to make an in-office, weekly volunteer commitment answering our phones, greeting visitors, and supporting our staff. You cannot imagine how much your time and skills benefit the staff and thus, support our families in need! This position allows some freedom in that a volunteer may bring a book to read or an activity to do between calls. There are also ongoing tasks that support office administration and our family programs.

Volunteer Commitment: We are looking for friendly,  responsible individuals who are willing to answer phones, learn a variety of tasks, and become part of the Jacob’s Heart Team.  Aspiring volunteers must attend a volunteer orientation and be able to commit to 6 months of weekly volunteer service.

Volunteer Times: Volunteers are need between the hours of 9am -5pm Monday through Thursday.
